We recommend that restaurants post at least three (3) times a week to maintain an active presence and consistently engage with their audience. How to Create a Social Media Post in DYNE

DYNE makes managing your social media posts easy!

Access the Social Media Posts Feature

From your DYNE dashboard, head to the Social Media Posts page.

At the top right, you’ll find a red button labeled “Create New Post” Click to begin.

Enter Post Details

You'll be guided through five straightforward steps (similar to creating a paid ad in DYNE’s Ad Campaign Feature)

First, you’ll want to create a unique internal name for your post (this will not be seen by your audience) and then select the platforms you wish to post on. (Facebook, Instagram, or both!)

Choose Your Social Media Account

With DYNE’s integration, selecting your ad account is simple!

Just select the pre-saved account from the drop-down menu.

Add Your Visual Assets

DYNE makes it effortless to upload images and videos into your post:

  • Drag and Drop from your computer.

  • Upload from Social Media: Share a successful post from one platform across others.

  • Generate Images: Use DYNE’s AI to create visuals directly in the dashboard.

You can also upload up to six images or videos to create carousel posts, ideal for highlighting multiple dishes or event snapshots.

DYNE provides you the option to edit photos directly on your dashboard enabling you to crop, zoom, and rotate to ensure your images look perfect.

Use DYNE’s AI to Generate Captions

DYNE’s generative AI makes content creation fast and easy!

Simply enter a prompt describing what you want your audience to feel or the image you’re sharing.

DYNE’s AI will generate captions tailored for both Facebook and Instagram, along with suggesting relevant hashtags.

As always with DYNE, you are in full control to edit and add more before finalizing the post.

Select Your Post Type

Tailor your posts by selecting from a variety of types to ensure they resonate with your audience:

  • General: Ideal for daily updates.

  • Events: Promote special occasions or community activities.

  • Menu: Show off new menu items or specials.

  • Promo: Announce deals or discounts.

  • Special: Share limited-time offers.

  • Competitor: Differentiate your restaurant from others.

By choosing the appropriate post type, you can better target your message and engage your audience with relevant content.

Schedule or Post Immediately

Leverage DYNE’s Brand Insights feature to schedule posts at optimal times. Use the heat map to see when your audience is most active and schedule your post to maximize engagement, or post it right away for real-time interactions.
