Step 1: Log into Meta Business Suite with Facebook
Go to the Meta Business Suite login page: Meta Business Suite Login.
Click on the "Log in with Facebook" button.
Enter your Facebook email/username and password.
Click "Log In".
Step 2: Navigate to the Business Account Dropdown
After logging in, look at the top-left corner of your dashboard.
Click on the dropdown menu.
If You Don’t Have a Business Account, Create One
Click on "Create Business Account".
Fill in the required details:
Name: Enter your restaurant name.
Business Email: Use your main Facebook email or business email.
Click "Submit" or "Continue".
Step 3: Access Business Settings
From the dropdown menu, click on the gear icon labeled "Business Settings"
This will open a new page with an expanded menu bar filled with your Business Portfolio Information.
Step 4: Add Your Assets (Facebook Page, Instagram Account, and Ad Account)
Managing Facebook Pages
In the left sidebar, click on "Account" and then "Pages".
If you already have a Facebook page:
Press the blue "Add" button and select "Add an existing Facebook Page".
Type your Facebook page name in the search box.
Select your page from the dropdown results.
Click "Continue" to add your Facebook page to your business.
If you don’t have a Facebook page:
Click "Create New Facebook Page"
Fill in the required details:
Page Name: The name of your restaurant.
Description: A brief description of your restaurant.
Address: Your restaurant’s physical address.
Phone Number: Your restaurant’s contact number.
Website: Your restaurant’s website (if applicable).
Category: Select "Restaurant" or a more specific category.
Profile Picture: Upload a picture of your restaurant.
Cover Photo: Upload a photo showcasing your restaurant or dishes.
Once all fields are filled, click "Create" or "Submit".
Managing Instagram Accounts
In the left sidebar, click on "Account" and then "Instagram Accounts"
If you already have an Instagram account:
Press the blue "Add" button and a new box will appear asking you to "Claim an Instagram Account"
Click on the box agreeing to the terms and conditions, and then the blue button to "Claim Instagram Account"
Log in using your Instagram credentials.
If you don’t have an Instagram account:
Open a new browser tab and create an Instagram account.
Managing Ad Accounts
Click on "Ad Accounts" in the left sidebar.
If you don’t have an ad account:
Click on "Create a new ad account".
Fill in necessary details, add a payment method, and enter your pin code (skip tax ID if not applicable).
Step 5: Connect Your Assets (Facebook Page, Instagram, and Ad Account)
Go back to "Pages" in the Business Settings.
Click on "Connected Assets" and select "Instagram Account".
Click "Continue" (you may be asked to log in again).
Return to "Instagram Accounts" and repeat the process:
Click "Connected Assets" and then "Other Assets".
Select "Ad Accounts".
Choose your ad account and click "Add".
Step 6: Check the Setup Guide to Ensure Everything is Connected
On the expanded menu bar on the left, scroll down to to the Setup Guide and make sure all checkmarks are green to confirm everything is connected.
Step 7: Adding Support from DYNE
On the expanded menu bar on the left, open the "Users" tab and click on "People"
On the top right corner, click on the blue "Invite People" box.
Add DYNE's Chef Product Officer ([email protected]) in the People Tab for added support.
NOTE:
It's important to give him full access to ensure uninterrupted service.
(Do not assign "temporary" or "spark" access.)
Step 8: Perform Sanity Checks to Ensure Ads Work
On the expanded menu bar on the left, open the "Users" tab and click on "System Users"
Go to "System Users" and click "Add".
Accept the policy.
Close the "Add System Users" popup.
On the expanded menu bar on the left, open the "Accounts" tab and click on "Ad Accounts":
Click the three dots (or "Open Ads Manager").
In Ads Manager, accept any policy prompts.
On the expanded menu bar on the left, open the tab "Billing & Payments
This will open a new window.
Click "Payment Methods" and "Manage Access" if required.
Assign yourself as a finance editor
Add your payment method and refresh the page.
Ensure Account is Active:
Go to "Accounts" and confirm the account has no balance and a payment method set.
Step 9: Verify Your Business Account
Go to "Account Overview" on the far-left sidebar.
Ensure the following are all set:
Payment method is added.
Facebook page is linked.
Phone number and email address are verified
(required in most cases).
Step 10: Set Your Primary Facebook Page
Going back to the Meta Business Suite page, click on Business Portfolio Info on the expanded menu.
Click "Edit" next to your Meta business name.
Search for your Facebook page in the second input field.
Select your page and click "Save".

Steps 1 to 6 ensure your business is properly set up and connected to DYNE.

Your Meta Business Account is now fully set up and ready to be connected to DYNE!
