1. Accessing Subscription Management
To start managing your subscription, you can either click on the "Manage Subscription" option on the DYNE Homepage or click "Manage Subscription" within the settings tab in the DYNE platform. Either section is your gateway to customizing your plan.
2. Secure Payment Portal
Upon clicking "Manage Subscription," you'll be redirected to our secure payment provider at pay.dyneapp.ca, where you can adjust your plan directly.
3. Viewing Previous Invoices
The payment portal also allows you to view previous invoices, helping you keep track of your billing history for each product.
4. Updating Your Plan
From the payment portal, you can change your payment cadence (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and adjust the number of locations on your platform.
5. Choosing Your Tier
Decide if you want to upgrade to another tier, such as from Drive to Grow, which includes advanced features like inventory management and P&L statements.
6. Adjusting Billing and Promo Codes
