In this article, we'll walk you through a series of requirements to ensure a hassle-free setup process. Whether you're a seasoned user or new to the platform, following these steps will help you navigate through the integration process effortlessly. Let's dive in!

Requirement 1: Make sure you go to system users and click on Add. Meta will ask you to confirm their Non-Discriminatory Policy. You can close the menu after. No need to add a system user.

Requirement 2: Make sure you have your Facebook page imported into the Meta Business Suite, and that you have full access to the Facebook page.

Requirement 3: Make sure you have Instagram in Connected Assets; otherwise, click on Connect Assets and add your Instagram account.

Requirement 4: Ensure you have a valid Ad Account with Full Access.

Click on the 3 dots and click on Open in Ads Manager.

Switch to the correct Ad Account from the top Next to Account Overview.

Go into Ad Account Settings

Ensure there are no errors stated here in the Ad Account Settings Page.

Next, go to Billing and Payments and make sure you have a valid payment method on record and the Ad account is active.

Now we will go back to the Meta Business Suite:

Requirement 5: Instagram Account with full control.

Note: Sometimes it will say Review needed and you will need to log in again.

Click into the Instagram Account and ensure you have both the Facebook page and the Ad account in connected assets; otherwise, add them.

Requirement 6: Business Account Info

Make sure there are no errors/restrictions stated by Meta

Click on the edit button and add your Facebook page as the primary page

Once all these are complete, invite [email protected] to the Meta Business and give Full Control to Facebook Page, Instagram, and Ad Account.
