Asking for Help in the Chat Box:
If you prefer real-time assistance, you can use the chat box feature within the DYNE dashboard to get immediate help from our support team.
Here’s how:
Log In to Your Account: Start by logging into your DYNE account using your credentials.
Locate the Chat Box: The chat box icon is located at the bottom right corner of the dashboard.
Start a Chat: Click on the chat box icon to open the chat window. You will be greeted by our virtual assistant, who can help with common questions and direct you to the right resources.
Describe Your Issue: If the virtual assistant cannot resolve your issue, you will have the option to chat with a support agent. Describe your problem in detail so the agent can assist you effectively.
Record Your Screen if Necessary: To ensure we understand your concern, we have set up a way you can easily explain your request with a video:
🎥 Press the "Open Recorder" button
🎥 A new box will open requesting access to record your screen
🎥 Choose which screen to share and record
🎥 Once you click on the "record button" you can start walking through your dashboard
🎥 When you wish to end your screen share, press the "stop sharing" button located under the URL
🎥 Your video will be automatically sent to a member of our support team who will contact you between 9-5 Monday through Friday.
Receive Real-Time Assistance: Our support team will respond to you to help resolve your issue. They may provide step-by-step instructions, troubleshooting tips, or book a some time together on shared calendars to resolve your issue if needed.

Be Detailed: The more information you provide about your issue, the quicker and more accurately our support team can assist you.
